The attention to detail in ALL BATHROOMS COMFORT FACILITIES, such as the luxurious toiletries and plush bath sheets, truly stood out. Richard's impeccable service and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The garden area was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ottawa.
